The Human Resources team at Planasa needed to reduce the time spent on various data management processes related to personnel. Before our intervention, they faced the monthly task of sending and receiving a large number of files from various subsidiaries, followed by tedious manual calculations and consolidations handled in Excel spreadsheets. Control and updating of data for report generation were done manually, leading to inefficiencies and risks of errors in the KPIs.
Processes involved included: Hours and FTEs management, template updates, diversity and wage gap reports, salary and budget updates. Our main objective was to streamline and improve the accuracy of Planasa's data management through automation. We divided the project into two stages:
Stage 1: Centralize monthly reports from countries / Automate calculations / Create KPIs for management tracking / Develop interactive dashboards / Establish a historical data registry.

Stage 2: Implement a HR Analytics Platform that allows centralizing all dashboards in one place, managing access and specific permissions per users, as well as smooth navigation across multiple dashboards.
The successful implementation of the project has led to significant advancements in operational efficiency and data reliability at Planasa. Furthermore, it lays the foundation for a data-driven organizational culture and continuous improvement in processes.
