SaaS Analytics Platform

SaaS Analytics Platform

We partnered with Datadriven to design, build, and deliver a complete SaaS analytics platform. The project transformed their internal BI solution into a secure, scalable, and user-friendly product ready to serve Jobber users. By combining robust infrastructure, a modern tech stack, and seamless analytics integration, we ensured the platform was production-ready from day one.

The delivery included a fully configured architecture on GCP, CI/CD pipelines for rapid deployment, Firebase authentication for user management, and clean UI/UX flows built with Next.js. Looker dashboards were integrated directly into the platform, providing Jobber users with real-time analytics through an embedded, intuitive experience.

Before Implementation

Internal BI tool not designed for external access, blocking monetization opportunities

Lack of secure, production-ready infrastructure

Complexity of embedding Looker dashboards with smooth authentication

Key Improvements

SaaS platform built with scalability and external users in mind

Robust architecture with CI/CD pipelines and multiple environments

Seamless Looker integration with token-based authentication and clean UX

Project Overview

1.

Alignment & design

We worked closely to define the MVP scope, align on the technology stack, and establish an initial UI/UX direction. This phase ensured clear priorities and a realistic roadmap toward launch.

2.

Infrastructure setup

We designed the system architecture, configured hosting on GCP Cloud Run, and implemented CI/CD pipelines with Cloud Build. The setup included secure environments for development and production, enabling scalability, rollbacks, and version control.

3.

Auth & User management

We implemented secure login, logout, and password reset flows using Firebase Authentication, with Firestore support for additional data. This created a smooth, secure experience for Jobber users while ensuring flexibility for future scaling.

4.

FE, BE & BI integration

We developed the frontend with Next.js for performance and UX, while NestJS powered the backend APIs. Looker dashboards were embedded using API keys and SDK, with token-based authentication.
